Blade & Arrow Is Cashless.
All first time appointments must be made online to set up an account.

Our Hair Salon Policy

At Blade & Arrow, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, we charge a 50% fee of your service. Please respect our time and call ahead to reschedule.

We give all our customers 2 weeks to come back in if they are unhappy with their service. We do not refund any service but will do our best to make our guest happy with their hair.

Late Arrivals

We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. Please plan ahead to allow for parking, it is a busy area and parking may require a few extra minutes. If you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may be considered as a no-show and you will be charged 50% of you service. 

Gender-Free Policy

We are proud to have a gender-free policy, which means our services are available to anyone, regardless of gender identity. Our stylists are skilled in working with all hair types and styles to help you look and feel your best.

Gratuity

Gratuity is not accepted in our hourly rates. If you're satisfied with the service, you're welcome to tip your stylist separately.
